Takamaka Bay St Andre Rhum Vesou

This rum is distilled from cane grown locally in the granatic soils on the island of Mahe. The cane is pressed once only to release the sweetest juice, known locally as Vesou, which is then fermented for flavour and alcohol. We then distill this "wash" drop by drop in our handmade copper still to create this very distinctive Seychellois rum. Drink, as the Seychellois do, in a "pti ponch" with frsh sugar cane juice or use as the base in a variety of cocktails.
